Running is pain-free again!

Got my first post-cold/flu run in this morning. And NO PAIN! I had forgotten what it was like to walk back to the car after a run. Not limping and hobbling.

All I needed was to take several days off from running but I was too stubborn to do that on my own. Had to take a bad flu to force the rest. And voila, less than 5 days later, the knees are fine.

Yeah!
Now, I just need to continue taking it easy and slowly increase the work-out. Uh oh.

Did Week 4 of C25K: run 3 min, walk 90 sec, run 5 min, walk 2.5 min; repeat.
