Did W6D2 on the treadmill in OC this evening. After the 5 min warm up, it was 10 min run, 3 min walk, and 10 min run followed by 5 min cool down.
I felt good for the first 10 min run but struggled with the second 10 min. Had to slow the pace for about 30 seconds (from 4 mph to 3.6). I still ran so I guess it was ok. If I was on the track, I wouldn't have noticed the change as much.
Did good 15-20 min stretching session afterwards. Greatest thing was no pain. Knees are fine.
Plan to do W6D3, a 25 min run, no walking, on Monday. Can't wait!
